First of all I must apologize for not blogging much this week, I'm afraid I don't have much of a good excuse other than I was really enjoying the glorious weather here at the moment. It's slightly cooler today so I've managed to get back to the important things in life - card making.
This card is for the C.R.A.F.T challenge which is to make a Father's Day card using a blue and brown colour combination and for the Cute Card Thursday challenge where the theme is "Nip and a punch" and you have to use die cuts or punched out shapes.
I've used a Penny Black image "Fish Are Jumping" which is just perfect for any man's card. This has been coloured with watercolour pencils.
The papers are from the Hampton collection by Crate Paper.
I've used my Cricut to die cut the oval and letters using the Plantin Schoolbook cartridge.
The ribbon is from my stash and the brad is by Queen & Co.
