Challenge 14 over at The Sugar Bowl is a sketch by Judy to which you also have to include some sparkle.
I've made this card using one of my all time ever favourite Sugar Nellie images which has been coloured with Copic markers.
All of the papers are from Basic Grey. I've used my Martha Stewart Floral Lace border punch.
I've made the rose and layered it onto a Prima flower. The sentiment is from See D's Celebration Messages set and the Bling is from Kanban.
